Shipping & Returns

We currently only offer two shipping methods to choose from:

1) FedEx 2 Day - $9.99 (Usually arrives within 2 Business Days) (Tracking number included)

2) FedEx Overnight - $29.99 (Arrives within 1 Business Days) (Tracking number included)

 

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $75 WILL BE PROVIDED VIA FEDEX 2 DAY (WHICH ARRIVES IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS)

 

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12:00 NOON EST MAY NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL NEXT BUSINESSDAY.

PLEASE ALLOW 1-24 HOURS FOR ORDER PROCESSING DURING THE REGULAR BUSINESS WEEK. ORDERS PLACED FRIDAY AFTER 12:00PM EST WILL BE PROCESSED MONDAY.

PACKAGES DO NOT GET MAILED OUT OR TRAVEL ON SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED HOLIDAYS.

For Example: IF YOU ORDER FRIDAY (After 12pm EST) WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING THE ORDER WILL ARRIVE TO YOU ON TUESDAY, NOT SATURDAY.

*There may be weather delays, or delays due to high mail volume depending on where you are located. Please allow at least 4 business days to pass before contacting us about your order. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days!

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.

IncenseCafe cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders upon shipping.

We cannot ship to university/college addresses (such as dorm rooms).

We cannot ship to APO/PO BOX.

We cannot ship to hotels/motels.

We cannot ship to package/freight forwarding companies.

Returns Policy

You may return
 most  new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Returns shipped without a RMA number may be denied refund. We do not accept returns on clearly open or used products.

 
Customer is responsible for return shipping upon RMA approval. The customer is responsible for original shipping and return shipping.  A 10% or $5.00 (whichever is greater) restocking fee may be applied on returned orders. A refund will be issued within 10 business days of package arrival.
